                        This customer was provided a complete checklist the clearly  stated no loose items in the vehicle period when going to Hawaii- She thought the rules did not apply to her. She was told in writing as well  as verbally multiple times- When the vehicle was rejected at the  port she blamed our company.
We covered an increase cost for electric vehicles for her at our own cost- Matson has placed a price increase on electric vehicles ($300.00) - We covered the cost for her- The audacity to throw that back at us when other brokers would have passed on that cost.
