                        Angela was promised a pick up window of 1-4  business days. In response to her phone call this morning I lowered our broker fee and increased the carrier fee to expedite the process.
Shes signed up for the transport the eveing if the July 23rd- The four business day window was 24-25-26 and 29th to a remote part of KY.  We received a call on the load today the 29th , so therefore we were within the time frame promised to the customer.  The same carrier (Bates & Son Transportation) that booked with us is the same carrier that booked with her new broker.
Because she double booked with two brokers the carrier is now short a vehicle.   This review is unwarranted and undeserved.
