I chose 4 corners from 8 companies that responded to an on-line inquiry because of the frank and straightforward conversation I got from Ellen. I was arranging transport of an SUV months in advance, and rather than lock me in with an upfront fee, she simply told me that it would bne best for me to contact them again closer to the shipping date, and she calculated the best time to be back in touch with them... knowing I could easily go somewhere else. Once I contacted them again, Ellen was nothing short of fantastic. Easy to reach, prompt follow up, advised me closely on what to expect and how to handle the process. In short, she worked hard to make sure that I got a reliable and professional transport, and an on-time pick up and delivery. The driver (Adrian) was also a very good experience, and I would use him again in a heartbeat. Jeff, also from 4 Corners, was prompt and efficient. Notably, 4 Corners actually gave up some of their management fee to the driver to make up the difference between his fee and their total bid to me. I offered to Jeff to make up the difference myself, given everything they had done to find the right transporter, and Jeff declined and said "We take pride in standing by our agreements." Folks, this is the real deal. American values, hard workers, honest, and a really great experience all-around. Small business the way it shoud be done.
