From the first time I called the customer the service was excellent. The transport driver called a couple of hours in advance of pick up and met me where he said he would & WHEN he said he would. The car arrived on the exact date communicated at pick up - only 5 days after leaving CA. Some companies quoted me 2-3 weeks! The pricing was actually a bit cheaper than others I checked out and even included "door-to-door" shipping instead of "terminal-terminal" meaning they picked up and delivered vehicles to my residence, not a huge holding lot in the nearest downtown metropolis. We shipped both of our vehicles on separate transports with 1st Choice b/c we wanted one to arrive just after we moved and we wanted to keep the other until the day we left CA. Worked out perfectly and I'd highly recommend 1st Choice to anyone.
