I orginally booked with another company. I thought I had picked a good one! They were nice on the phone, they had a 5 star review here....boy was I wrong! (Later I learned they had an F rating with the BBB) After not picking up my car when promised I started lookign elsewhere. 1st Choice was recommended by the BBB. I see why now they had my car picked up from Sacramento within days of our first call. It just arrived here in Alaska and I coudl not be happier. They kept in touch during the shipping.....overall GREAT experience.
