I am a satified customer. Although it took longer than expected
and it took several rounds of re-arrangements before the car was
finally transported, I understand that had a lot to do with seasons
and other factors beyond your control. The good part about your
representatives is that they explain everything, including the
situations, crystal clear in the very beginning. Unlike some other
companies, who do not explain clearly and they only try to get the
customer on board using cheaper price and empty promises (I had bad
experiences before I contacted your agency).

The driver is a nice guy and the car was delivered well from door
to door. It did take several extra days (over a weekend) than
previously stated, and your agency informed me of that, so it is ok.
