I have shipped many vehicles with this company. Brandi is always who I work with. She is always helpful and pleasant to work with. Of the transports I have scheduled with Brandi, only one had any issues, and that was with the driver causing damage unloading the vehicle at it's destination. While I have not heard the final resolution with the buyer, I feel confident the issue was resolved to his satisfaction.
