I am extremely satisfied by my experience with First Call Auto Haul. I remain impressed by how First Call arranged a flawless pickup and delivery. First Call lived up its reputation of only using drivers that are honest and professional.

As an initial matter, First Call is extremely professional and courteous and its processes are extremely efficient. My shipping needs were promptly acknowledged and a plan was immediately implemented to ship my car from Illinois to Oklahoma. My special requests were addressed in a effective manner. One of First Call's many strengths is the care with which they explain the process to their customers and arrange shipping that conforms to each customers' unique specifications.

Most importantly, First Call selected an excellent driver at a price significantly lower than the competition. The driver that First Call arranged to pick up my car contacted me in a timely manner, was respectful of my schedule, and scheduled a mutually agreeable time and place to pick up the car. The driver dropped off my car the very next day, which I appreciate because the drop-off was made several days before the Thanksgiving holiday (a late drop-off would have wreaked havoc with travel plans). The car was in perfect condition. Also, the driver did not request additional money at the drop-off, which often occurs when using drivers not arranged through First Call.

My experience with First Call, and the experience of others that I know, confirms that First Call is among the very best in the business. I would not hesitate to contact them again to arrange my shipping needs.
