Delivered as promised! Ray from 1 Flat Rate was great! No deposit of any kind was asked for when I signed up or at the time of pickup. The trucking company, #1 USA Carriers, was very helpful. The driver assisted me with a minor battery problem prior to loading the vehicle at no additional charge. The only glitch was a rush to get payment to the delivery site ahead of the vehicle. Delivery was faster than expected and I had to overnight a cashiers’ check to my son. I called Ray after the vehicle was in transit to see if a credit card payment could be made in lieu of a check. Instead of Ray, I ended up with a woman in the office. She was somewhat abrupt and not too helpful. I simply hung up and mailed the check. Everything worked out and I would use 1 Flat Rate again. This transport broker doesn’t have to pay customers for a review, the company just performs.
