I had a very positive experience with 1Flat-Rate. I worked with Ray who was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained to me everything I needed to know. I have shipped cars before and Ray and 1Flat-Rate were far more reachable and helpful throughout the process than the previous company I worked with. It took a few days to locate a driver to take my car from Long Island to Missouri (which Ray had explained to me upfront may be the case), but once we had a driver the rest of the process was seamless. I got calls and emails telling me when the pickup would be, confirming the pickup once it had been made, posting me on the car's progress and then confirming drop off time and address.

The car was picked up on Wednesday night in Long Island and dropped off in good condition on Friday night. Good service, good communication, car arrived in short order and in good condition all for $700.00. I could not have been happier.
