Ray was upfront with me about the time it could take to find a carrier who could ship my golf cart from Georgia to Washington, and was in constant communication with us thru the process. The rate we received was much lower then other brokers were quoting so at first I was hesitant to sign on but the more I investigated the better I felt about the process. If the need came up I certainly use 1 Flat-Rate again thanks Ray.
