Just before posting my review I have read a few of the others here
about 1Flat-Rate. I had exactly the same experience. This company were
really great. I too spoke with Ray. He obviously knows this business
inside and out and runs a very ethical, honest and up-front company.
Everything was explained to me very clearly. I knew exactly what to
expect.

One of the things he said to me on our first call still rings true.
When I asked how come he charges such a small fee compared to the
other companies, he said it is really not a small fee at all, just
that the others charge so much for doing so little. The guy was so
upfront about everything.

Like someone else mentioned in another review, the driver also
complimented him. He told me that Ray called him everyday for updates
on the trip. I myself was informed every day of the progress and when
to expect delivery. I will be using this company again and if you are
reading this I will be recommending your company to anyone I know that
wants their car shipped.
