Received a reference to use 1Flat-Rate for vehicle shipment from USAA's website. Coordination was very simple and I liked the fact that no payment was due until the car was delivered. My car was picked up on time from my uncle's house in El Paso and delivered here to Fort Lee, VA two days early. Communication between 1Flat-Rate, the dispatcher, the driver, and myself was excellent. I highly recommend this company!
