Having never transported a vehicle before, I was quite uneducated and nervous about the whole process. I contacted 5 different transport companies and the staff at 1 Flat-Rate was by far the most prompt to reply to my request, the most courteous and patient in explaining the entire process, extremely informative, and their price was less expensive than the others. The entire transport went as smoothly as I could have wished for. The vehicle was picked up and delivered on the days I requested. The driver of the carrier was very professional and thorough in inspecting our vehicle when he picked it up and completing the paperwork. The car arrived in perfect condition! I was so pleased and would absolutely use 1 Flat-Rate LLC again. I highly recommend them.
