Spoke with Ray McGlinchey and he walked me through the entire process, from requesting vehicles on the "big board", to what the cost breakdown would be and how to effectively get the vehicle from point A to point B. Explained how brokers worked and why you should never make a down payment for a service prior to execution.
Due to the location of my move, delivery time suffered due to the lack of drivers in the area and the weather inhibiting them from going north. However Ray worked hard to find a solid driver and once confirmed, the vehicle was delivered in 3 days from start to finish and in perfect condition.
If you are looking for guaranteed results with a broker that will walk you through the entire process, there isn't anybody better to use than Ray and One Flat Rate.
