I first received an email from 1flat rate LLC. Included in the email was the price quote along with links to reviews etc... I used the link and accessed 1flat rate reviews and also saw many other transportation companies. It was Saturday and I tried calling other transportation companies on the site but only got through to one company and called them. I really felt uneasy about what I was being told. So I called 1flat rate and it was a simple. They were easy to deal with. I did not have to give credit card or debit card info and was excited they were able to get car picked up on Tuesday! The driver called me when he was 1/2 way to me. Then again to give me the exact time he would arrive. The car was delivered on time (Thursday morning) and in perfect condition. After inspecting the car I paid the driver and that was that. I would use this company again.
