The process was pretty easy, Dan was great and informative, I felt confident with him helping me out. Unfortunately, the driver (who was a nice guy) was slow and a hassle to deal with. I luckily have tons of patience and my tolerance level is very high but if I had not been, this would have been a lot worse. He was not able to deliver the car in the amount of time he said he could and didn't give me notice the day he was picking it up, he literally called me when he was up the highway saying he was on the way, thus throwing off my entire afternoon since he was not expected until later- I then end up waiting hours for him because the job he was doing before mine took a while and traffic held him up, super inconvenient. George told me it would take 5 days to deliver the car, maybe 6- it almost took 8, also not cool. He calls and says he'll be in CA between 3pm and 8pm and calls at 9pm to ask me if I really need me car that night.. he then ends up delivering it in the middle of the night in the middle of the street and I have to guide him through the whole process of getting to me (turn by turn explicit directions). The good news is I got my car! I would probably use this company again because they didn't charge a deposit like almost everyone else tries to do but I would want a driver a little more with it. I would also recommend this company to others because I felt like I paid a semi-decent amount for the shipping and they were quick to get a driver and get me set up efficiently. Shipping with anyone is going to require patience, so bring it with you and be ready for anything.
