I had my car transported from Maryland to Los Angeles California for my daughter's use while attending her residency program. I shopped around on the internet and received several quotes. Some companies wanted a deposit upfront before the job was done. Most of the companies kept pestering after proving their quotes. I decided to call and talk with the reps of the companies and Ray with 1 Flat-Rate came across as the most knowlegeable and host man and explained it like was going to be. There was no pressure and he help set the right expectations as the car was transported nearly 3000 miles. I was allowed to pack the truck upto 100lbs and this was great! The car was picked up and delivered within the promised window and my daughter did not have to incur unnecessary rental costs waiting on the car. I strongly recommend anyone to consider 1Flat-Rate with the transportation of their car because they will meet set expectations.
