We moved our son cross country from Oregon to South Carolina, and we used 1Flat-Rate to transport his car. Ray was the rep that we dealt with and he was upfront and thorough. He explained the process and answered all of our questions without trying to "sell" us on the company. The car was delivered earlier than estimated and with 48 hours notice, which was a nice bonus. We paid what was initially quoted with no added fees AND without having to give any credit card info. Other companies that we checked into offered cheaper estimates (only by about $100), but they required a credit card. I read several "horror stories" from people that incurred extra charges and could not make contact with the company once they gave out the card info. We would definitely recommend 1Flat-Rate to anyone needing this service.
