I dealt with several brokers before using 1Flat-Rate and finally was able to have our car transported. Not only is Idaho a difficult state to transport to but our car was inoperable and had no brakes, so this was not an easy task for Mike especially since we required an enclosed carrier. He was very helpful, courteous and responsive. The carrier's driver was very polite and extremely helpful with unloading our vehicle. His car hauler was spotless. I definitely would use both services again. Thanks for the excellent service and care.
