Ray was very honest about our transport request to bring a car from W. Virginia to Texas. He said it was a sleepy route and with the Fourth of July, might take a little longer for a trucker to agree to get the car. He was accurate about the amount it would cost to get it picked up. He communicated well with me and arranged for the car dealer to deliver the car to a nearby city in Ohio, where the trucker was filling up his truck. This allowed the car to be shipped on Friday and delivered on Sunday. It was in great condition, the truckers were considerate and delived the car in perfect condition. We are very satisfied with the service received from 1-Flatrate and Ray.
