Great experience, Marky found a truck that picked up our car on the first available day. 1 Flat-Rate provide 24/7 customer service, which I did use, the representative was courteous and helpful. The driver, Earl, was very careful with our Lexus. He communicated with us throughout the transport. The initial delivery date was scheduled for Monday, he let us know that based on pick-ups and deliveries, the delivery would be on Tuesday, this was fine with us, we appreciated his staying in touch. Delivered the car in Vancouver, no problems, no scratches, no dings.

The all in costs of transport were not the lowest or highest advertised on the internet, they were mid-range. Our decision to select 1 Flat-Rate was about professionalism, courtesy, and can-do attitude. I feel that we were fairly treated.

I would use these companies again, without hesitation, to fulfill my transport needs.
