I have used 1Flat-Rate 3 times. I have referred them twice. All people involved have been extremely satisfied. I am getting ready to ship a motorcycle and will be using them yet again.
Ray is incredibly quick with information and responses. If you have an issue with a contracted delivery person he fixes it and doesn't use them again.
Overall, good experience with this company. Will continue to both use and refer them.
