Flat Rate was great.. Mike explained everything completely and got car picked up when needed (had timing constraints on pick up and he met them perfectly)- driver was very nice and got to Arizona just a half day later than expected.. but it didn't cause any problem for us. Car arrived with only expected road dirt- it was pouring rain when driver came. I would definitely use Flat Rate again to handle transport of our vehicles.
