I just recently moved from mass to florida and was worried that I would encounter problems and or issues with shipping my vehicle from one state to the other. My girlfriend went on the computer to research shipping companies and came across a few for me to call. The first one on the list was Bill from autotransport. She had told me that this company had alot of great reviews and was ranked extremely well with the BBB. I called and spoke with Bill. He was extremely helpful fast and efficient. I liked the fact that he was straight forward with me and was honest and sincere. He was able to get me connected with a driver named Carlos to transport my vehicle. Carlos also was a great guy, very friendly, outgoing, and down to earth. He informed me when the vehicle would arrive in florida and if necessary he could store the vehicle at his wifes house for a few days until i arrived in florida. It turns out i arrived on tuesday at eleven in the morning and Carlos called me at 11:30 informing me that he could drop the vehicle off at my apt complex asap. Overall it was a great experience doing business with Bill and Carlos from autotransport and I highly recommend them over any other shipping company.
