Waited for the 48 hours in advance phone call from the driver promised by the broker. The call never came and no one at the company was available over the 4th of July holiday to call me back. I had to get on a plane and leave the car with the landlord. They said at booking, the driver worked the 4th and would call. I received an email on the 5th that they would contact me and it never came. I just booked with another company. Good luck if you use this company.
