Please don't fall prey to this bunch of incompetent fraudulent group.They were paid to ship an SUV for me to Lagos Nigeria.They obviously do not know what they are doing.They do not communicate with their customers at all except when they want your money.I told them in very clear language that i did not want the vehicle transported through a particular shipping line, that was exactly the line they shipped through which will cost close to $700 more to clear in Nigeria.
I kept asking them for weeks where the vehicle was and none of them Michael Mason and Miranda Carmichael thought it proper to call or email to let me know where the vehicle was.I kept askng for the bill of lading and the original copies of the vehicle and uptil this time no one from this so called company has called to let me know where the documents are.The SUV, i am told has arrived Nigeria some weeks ago and we will have to pay extra fees for late clearance apart from the $700 extra i'll be paying for shipping through a wrong shipping line to a different port.Since i have been dealing with different companies the world over,this is still the worst ever.They really don't care about their customers,we can go to hell if we want (That's the position they take after taking your money)If they are evaluated based on these criteria: COMMUNICATION, CUSTOMER SERVICES, PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, ABILITY OF RESOLVE PROBLEMS, BUSINESS ETHICS AND DECENCY,1 WORLD AUTO MOVERS from my objective stand point score a DISMAL 10%.
