I am glad & would like to Appreciate the way 1Transport has shipped my vehicle from Houston TX to Jacksonville FL. 1Transport done the excellent Job. They promised me the delivery will be done in 4 days. But they did it in Two days only. Below are the key points I wish to highlight.
1. Cost-Effective - 1Transport provided me a reasonable quote (less than the others)
2. Professional Service – throughout the transaction starting from quote till delivery and after delivery follow-up was just fabulous/Extremely professional.
3. Driver got assigned for pickup in and driver was in contact with me since beginning. I got time to time updates.
4. Pickup – Pickup was hassle free, driver reached on time, contacted to the concern person, did the inspection of the CAR, recorded all the points and shared with me electronically.
5. Drop – As I already mentioned, Driver was in contact with me almost all the time. He gave me sufficient time before delivering the vehicle. He called me in advance so that I can make the necessary adjustment to my schedule.
6. Vehicle delivered as picked-up. No damage, No scratch, nothing.
Rating – 5 Extremely Satisfied
