HORRIBLE!!! I was supposed to have a vehicle picked in Carteret, NJ up by end of business day today (8/28/2019). I was assured by (Luis or Louis with 1 transport) that my vehicle would be picked up on the morning of the 28th. It wasn't! Now, I am stuck with storage fees that could have been avoided, if they were committed to their contracts. I held up my end of the contract by paying the deposit. This company failed to hold up their end of the contract by making empty promises and not meeting the expectations which were agreed upon. I will be moving forward with BBB as well. Thanks for reading.
