When I spoke with Jose to reserve the car, I explained this was my son's graduation gift & NEEDED TO BE THERE by Monday night. He assured me, this was no problem! This car was to be picked up on Friday 5/27, but Saturday 5/28 at the latest. I provided my card details for the $100 deposit & agreed to pay $300 cash when the car arrived to final destination. The $100 was charged to my card the next day. I started calling Thursday to confirm pick up. I would be transfered over and over but only end up to a voice mail which was full. I sent several emails. Called Friday, again no answers. Saturday morning before heading out of town, I called again. The recording said my call was "Next in line" I put on the speaker phone & the call remained on hold for one hour & 30 minutes before I finally took it they are not answering or calling back.
Finally on Monday, 5/30/11, I called the bank to dispute the charge as I've heard nothing back from anyone! Then surprise, Tuesday morning someone calls to say they are at my home to pick up the car. I told Jose, the car could not be picked up later than Saturday. I felt bad for the driver, but 1 Shot Express NEVER answered my calls or CALLED ME BACK. Very Disappointing that my son's graduation gift did not make it to him. I still try to call, just to see what will be said but now the calls are just ended without me even being left on hold. Sad!
