Took $150 deposit, never shipped my car.

I thought I would try this company because they gave the lowest quoted price... They charged me a $150 deposit and said a truck would be available within a 3 days. I gave them about 4 or 5 and never got a call back from them. I had to call my self several times and then I finally figured out that they were never going to actually ship my car. I asked to get my $150 deposit back and was forwarded to David directly (I am assuming this is the manager in charge) only to be forwarded to his voice mail. I left a message asking why my car was never shipped and asking for my $150 back and never got my money or a call back.
It would seem that the focus of the company is to collect $150 charges by making false promises on the availability of drivers. I just called my bank in order to dispute the charge on my Visa card.
I had to finally go with DAS (more expensive and only terminal to terminal, but at least reliable!) because 1 Shot just left me hanging.
This is very lame!
