The actual service was excellent, but the dishonest practice of misleading text messages almost kept me from using the service.

Thank you Ms. Martin for taking the time. I'm sorry you got a dishonest impression but it happens. When we get a call from a carrier in certain area we put out the text and sometimes the result is overwhelming thus leaving people to wait for the next ride if they choose to. Thanks again for the post and the honesty.
