I started on June 14th 2013. Ricky at ex.515, and Dave @ Customer Service said they would. but he NEVER called back. I have called 6 times during this 9 day fiasco.with no response I just want my 180. returned so I can go else where. Very poor customer service. I was NEVER given a pick up date, only that they are trying to get a truck to my location ASAP. Well it's been 9 days.Transport Trucks must no travel through I-10/ PHOENIX.
Be very careful if you decide to use this carrier service.
