I upped my own quote to force them to give me a guantee deliver date, which they did, and had delivery several days before end date. However, where we were in the process was not a known entity. If you need reliable delivery, and you really do not care much about knowing what is going on when, these guys did a great job, and performed. If you are a worry wort and want to know exact information, before it actually happens and you call them, you have too high expectations for these guys.
