Horrible Company - Do not use

This is an atrocious company. The quoted me for $300 to move my Nissan Sentra from Kalamazoo, MI to Oskaloosa, IA. I asked them if it was guaranteed pickup, and they said yes, and if I cancelled or if they didn't pickup would I get a refund, and they replied yes as well. They took an initial deposit of $150, and said when the driver delivers the vehicle, I need to pay the remaining $150. The driver never showed up on the weekend it was "guaranteed". Called them Monday morning, and they said it was only guaranteed for $450.00, not $300.00 - which is an outright lie. I told them I am cancelling the order, and they said they are going to keep the $150, for just trying to "search for a driver at $300.00". Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Hello Muhammad, it's funny how when things don't work because of a poor customer decision you try to blame it on us. Your order is public record Muhammad and I will sent it to whoever wants to take a look at it as proof you are not telling the truth. We quoted you, $550.00 and you said you wanted to pay $300 and begged us to take the order because you wanted to book with us. We also told you if you wanted to pay that price you would have to wait two weeks or more and you agreed. I mean, we have the documentation here sir but you knew better I guess.
