This company was very competitive and responsive initially. They came across as very professional. My only concern I had was some of the reviews I had read online was that they would immediately process the deposit, within minutes of hiring them. For me that was not a big deal, but weeks later I can see that it has become a big deal. The date of pickup was scheduled and the transporter never showed up. After multiple calls, I was informed that the driver’s truck broke down and a new truck would be arranged for pickup. After two weeks of almost daily phone calls and NEVER getting a return call and/or anywhere with the company. I requested a refund and to cancel the order. I was told I would get my refund, but a month later, they still had not refunded my money or returned calls regarding my refund. I had to end up contacting my back to report the company as a fraudulent vendor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS COMPANY… NOT WORTH THE RISK, DISHONESTY OR HEADACHE.
