In summary, 1 Shot took my deposit money but did not pick up by the agreed-upon deadline. 1 Shot have indicated they intent to keep my deposit money despite the non-performance. I canceled the order and will be filing a police report for theft. I contacted Rick @ 1 Shot after another company failed to pick up my vehicle. I was on short time due to the delay and Rick offered via e-mail to arrange pick up before my deadline (Monday). I paid my $150 deposit but heard nothing back from Rick. I called the central number several times but was not allowed to talk directly to Rick. Rick did not return any of my e-mail inquiries, either. When I finally talked with someone on Monday - which was past my deadline - they were still working on lining up the transportation. Since they could not guarantee delivery by my drop-dead date, I canceled the order and am seeking a refund.
