If you need to ship a vehicle you absolutely need to talk to Fletcher! We spent nearly an hour on my first call going over the process of shipping my truck from Oregon to Indiana. Finding a shipping company and trusting complete strangers to deliver a $20,000 vehicle across the country is an extremely nerve wracking task. But, if I had to do it again I wouldn't hesitate for a second because Fletcher really thinks about how to best handle the situation. My truck has a cap and a ladder rack on it which gives it extra tall dimensions that required special considerations. Fletcher worked with me and the dealership on how to make the truck ready to ship and was able to find the exact right carrier with the appropriate trailer. Fletcher's communication skills are excellent! He checked in with me multiple times and coordinated with me, the driver and the dealership through out the process. The pick-up, delivery and price were all established up front with clear expectations of what I should expect to pay and when I could expect to get my vehicle. My purchase of the vehicle, setup for delivery and transportation across the country was entirely finished within 9 days. My experience could not have gone any smoother. I am extremely grateful to Fletcher for his integrity and quality of service!
