Having never shipped at car before, the process seemed very intimating. Fortunately, I was able to work with Fletcher at All Aboard Auto. Fletcher made the process simple and provided a rare lever of customer service that ensured confidence in the entire process. He was honest, helpful, personable and showed true understanding and professionalism. Very simply, he followed through with everything he said and was dedicated to making sure I was satisfied. However, I was most impressed with how easy it was to communicate with him throughout the entire process. My move was not the easiest situation, but Fletcher was able to figure out a plan that worked for both me and the seller. I would recommend Fletcher and All Aboard to anyone who needs a vehicle shipped. Thanks again.
