Contracted with Fletcher after another transporter left me high and dry and did not pick my car. At that point I was on a very short time table and needed a pickup within 2 days to meet my time schedule. I picked Fletcher because he is listed from NY which is where the car was located, so I figured he knew the area well. Turns out he does know the area extremely well and explained the logistics with me. Apparently the pickup site was a difficult pickup area in Long Island and the delivery route was a less traveled one. He recommended a honest likely bidding price. He was able to acquire the pickup the NEXT DAY which was just great. During the process he called a few times to make sure the process was going through. His broker fee might be slightly higher than some others (maybe by just $50 - 75), but after the other budget broker left me stranded and left me in a bad situation, it was definitely worth it. I do not know if another broker could have come through like Fletcher did. I definitely recommend since he seems to understand the industry very well. His help was appreciated.
