What started out to be good turned into a nightmare. The truck was under bid so no one wanted to transport it.The staff lied about all dates for p/u.13 days later they said that they no longer wanted to move the truck.Getting the refund was the same as trying to get the truck moved.More lies from all the staff at AAA.The overnight check that was promised took 5 days to receive.BEWARE of this company and read more about them on this site and you will see that I am not the only one that this has happened to.

First I would like to say that there are no guarantees in auto transport. I was contacted by Mark Scruton 3/19/2008 He said he had a vehicle that needed to be transported from Florida to Cali. He said he was buying the vehicle from a dealer we work with daily. He said that all of the paperwork would be done and the vehicle would be ready to go on 3/26/2008. I told him it would cost 1100 to move his large SUV and he said he was looking more around 900, to see if I could try and get it moved for that. So I did. It didnt move, he called to complain a couple times, and then on 4/2/2008 moved the amount up to 1000, I myself threw in 100 dollars to raise it up to the 1100 I initially quoted. We found a driver that day, he was going to pick up that evening, he could not make it before close so he passed on the job. the next morning we found another driver who would pick up by 5 pm when they closed, and Mr Scruton, asked for the drivers phone number, which we did give to him. I then received a call from the driver that afternoon around 230pm, and was told this guy ( Mr Scruton) keeps calling me, and will not stop, I am not going to take this car and keep getting harassed by the customer all the way to Cali. I then called Mr Scruton, and told him we could no longer do his car because he was making it difficult to see the transport through. I told him I would Fedex his payment back to him, the next day, that morning I had to recall fedex, they picked up by 3pm, and the package was sent. I sent it fedex saver which takes 2-3 business days, I was not going to pay 60 dollars for an overnight package. He received his money before the vehicle ever got to Cali. I am not saying my company is not at fault, but I am saying if you would have let the last driver pick up you would have had your truck. Also to note Mr scruton Called the dealer, and told them he was getting his own transport, and so we canceled the car, then called to see why we had moved it, and we re posted it. So I feel we all have something to do with your transport.
