As for Simons comments on the car being picked up. He told us the earliest pickup was the 12th of dec. We had a carrier going to pick it up on the 13th and he decided he wanted to keep it for a while and didn't let us have it till the 15th. So when he finally let it go he wanted it picked up right now. Well any person knows that these carriers are not just sitting around the corner waiting for loads and since we weren't sure as to when he wanted it picked up we couldn't hardly look for a carrier until he said go ahead. then he called late on the week end and yes we didn't return his call till monday morning.and that is when the carrier picked it up.The vehicle was picked up monday the 18th. Which I really don't think is to bad. Considering we put in 60 hr weeks and can't be here 24-7. I am sure that he has a week end away from his job. When we called him to varify it was loaded he wouldn't pay us our fee and said he would contact us in two days like we did for him. As far as delivery he was told it would be 7 to 10 days for delivery from california to new jersey. Plus the carrier got stuck in a snowstorm in colorado and still made it in 7days. Then when the carrier got to the delivery Simon changed his mind and wanted the carrier to deliver the car to another location, which we are not talking around the corner we are talking quite aways away. The carrier should have charged him extra for this but didn't. So as far as we are concerned it all came down to not calling him on a sunday that we have this poor rating. I do think we could have put this on a airplane and still would not have made him happy. We give the customer the carriers phone number so if they have to work out any work issues or time schedules they can do that.
thank you
