This is the 3rd time I have used 1-2 Go Transportation, which is a testament to their service and price. 1-2 Go Transportation had great customer service on their end of the arrangement. The trucking company lacked communication, but 1-2 Go kept in touch, always checking in on me to see if I had heard from the trucking company, and calling them to make sure they would deliver on time. The trucking company was able to deliver within the allotted time frame they told me. My car arrived VERY dirty, outside the normal realm of what is to be expected when shipping a car (much dirtier than the last 2 times) so 1-2 Go Transportation worked with the trucking company to pay for my car cleaning.
Great Customer Service and my car was delivered unharmed and on time.
