They promised me a delivery date and a price so I signed up with them to transport my vehicle. I didn’t hear anything for a few days then called back and was informed they couldn’t ship my vehicle for that price and it would cost approximately 50% more. I could have originally gone with a different shipper, however, they strung me along and never delivered. I called them and told them I would be going with another shipper and to remove my shipment from the national transport board. They refused to remove me from the board just to “prove me wrong” and this prevented other shipping agencies to work with me. I started to work with another shipping company and got a price and delivery time agreed upon. When they tried to hire a driver, the driver said my shipment was still listed with Xpress Transport so they legally couldn’t pick it up. I called Xpress to ask them to remove my name and was told how I was wrong and they were right and they were extremely rude. I finally got them to agree to remove my name. After a half hour, my new shipping agency informed me I was still listed on the national transport board and that Xpress didn’t remove my name. I called Xpress back and I was immediately hung up on when I identified myself and was told “good luck bro”. The next few times I called the phone was picked up and immediately hung up again. It took many calls to get through to someone and again they were very rude. Because they wouldn’t take my name off the list the driver never could pick up my vehicle so I lost out on that deliver as well.

All Xpress Transport did was play game by promising me a low price and a delivery date, then never being able to deliver it. They always had an excuse why a driver couldn’t pick up the shipment and they kept raising the price to get mu vehicle delivered. Don’t waste your time or money with this company!
