The agent i had was on top of his game when he was looking for transportation for my vehicle. I got almost weekly emails and calls every other day letting me know of the offers. The reason they only got a 4 was because I paid a bit more than i wanted to, which was not their fault. At the end of the day i understand that die to Covid less people were traveling to my area therefore making the few that are, being able to charge a bit more than normal.
