Bill Avrich was very candid and easy to work with. When the carrier tried to deliver our vehicle three days early,, Bill interceded without hesitation.There ended up being another issue on the deliver day, and again, Bill assisted. He always dealt with issues with the carrier through three-way calls so that I was always on the line. In the end, all issues were resolved without any unncessary hassle. I felt confident that all would either be well or handled appropriately once Bill was involved. Transport Connection delivered, both our vehicle and its services perfectly.
