Everything about this process was fairly easy - from when I first spoke to Renee to when my car arrived at my destination. My only issue was that the original driver became ill and so my car left much later as the company needed to find another driver. The car still managed to arrive close to the original date, but I would have appreciated more communication from the company. I had to call everyday to find out the status of the car when I would have rather the company kept me updated better. Not enough to deter me from using them in the future though.
