The whole process was straightforward from start to finish. All correspondence was done electronically, so it was very easy to submit my order, keep track of updates, and even adjust my pickup date. I was a little worried at first because I still had not been assigned a broker 1.5 weeks before my pickup window. However, the agent was very communicative and reassured me that I likely wouldn't get contacted until a few days beforehand. The transport company I was assigned to was also very communicative, giving me a phone call a day before and 1 hour before their expected arrival. They were also very fast, delivering my car from Washington, DC to California in 3 days by rotating drivers. I did have to drive out to meet them on main roads, but I was expecting that since my neighborhood roads are quite small and curvy. Overall, I would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct
