This was the first time I'd shipped a vehicle and I was a little uneasy about the whole process. I looked at a number of companies and read their online reviews. "Ship a Car Direct" had the best average rating and when there was a rare negative review they seemed to do their best to make things right with that customer. My experience has been that they live up to all their claims & make the process very easy. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere.
