I contacted 4 different freight transporters to get rates. There were two main reasons why I picked Ship acar Direct. 1. Bruce did an exceptional job in explaining how the transportation system works. 2. The BBB rating and confirmation with BBB that Ship acar Direct was on their approved list. Bruce
was able to find an approved transporter within 2 days. He assured me that they only use transporters that they have had excellent ratings with them and listed on their approved list. After contracting the transporter, I got a E-mail from Bruce with the name of the carrier and direct contact number. He advised me to keep in contact with them and gave me his 24 hour support team for assistance if needed. This was not needed because the transport co. kept me informed were the driver was and the delivery date. I received the car on the date promised and in perfect condition. Not knowing this industry and the problems that could occur I felt confident with Ship acar Direct. Very Sadisfy
